Honey Fruit Chia Jam
- Half cup of chia seeds
Crushed berries/apple/kiwi/choice - Honey of choice(preferably jamun)
Recipe:
Soak half a cup of chia seeds in water for 5 minutes until it gels up – microwave frozen berries or fruit of choice until it softens – crush it with a fork – let it cool completely – combine both chia seed mixture and the berries and add half a tablespoon of honey of choice
Spread it on breads, combine it with parfaits, overnight oats, granola plates or honey infused yogurts for a light snack
