Honey-Banana Smoothie
- Milk of choice
- A cup of frozen bananas
- Honey of choice(preferably tulasi)
- Hemp seeds/Flax seeds
- A pinch of salt
Recipe:
In a blender, put in together 2 cups of milk, a cup of frozen bananas and hemp/flax seeds for extra omega-3 fats. Add one spoon of tulsi honey and one teaspoon of salt – blend it all together
Depending on your preference – add honey before or after blending the smoothie
Additional toppings as blueberries, small chunks of banana, granola or other dry fruits such as roasted almonds can be added
Enjoy it as a refreshing drink or a to-go breakfast simply in a jar.
